We’re located at 124 Rd 28, Pasco, WA 99301, just off Highway 395 and close to local landmarks like the Columbia River, Riverview Park, and the Sacajawea Trail entrance. We're easily accessible from Kennewick and other parts of the Tri-Cities area.

Tenants can access their units daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you the flexibility to visit when it’s most convenient.

Our office is open to assist you:
  • Monday through Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
We are closed on major holidays, including Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. On Christmas Eve, we are open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

We offer a wide range of units, including spacious drive-up units, climate-controlled options, and first-floor access to all 640 units. We also provide secure storage for boats, RVs, and vehicles, both indoor and outdoor.
